Short version: we score your call and email you the result. We keep your email so we can send you what we learn from calls like yours. We never keep your transcript. The detail is below.

Your transcript

Your transcript is processed in real time and never stored on our servers. It runs through Anthropic's API, and it is discarded the moment your results are ready. It is never written to disk and never used to train AI models. Anthropic does not train on API inputs. Under Anthropic's standard API terms a copy may be held briefly for safety and abuse monitoring, then deleted. We have no access to that copy and we keep nothing.

The analysis we build from your call (the score, the stage map, the two moments to fix, and the post drafts) is the thing we send you. A copy of that analysis goes to Jean Carlo at Journify so he can follow up by hand if you want a conversation. Your raw call never does.

Your email

We ask for your email so we can send you the diagnostic. We also keep it to send you, now and then, what we learn from scoring calls like yours. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and one click removes you for good. Your email is stored with Resend, our email provider. We do not sell it or share it with anyone outside Journify.

Keeping the tool honest

To stop abuse we keep two small counters: a running daily total of how many calls have been scored, and a one-way hash of each transcript so the same call is not scored twice in a day. The hash cannot be turned back into your text. Both are deleted within 24 hours.

The tool itself

This is a free tool. It gives you a real read on one call, and no guarantee of an outcome. Paste only calls you have the right to share. If someone on the call did not agree to it being processed, do not paste it.
